RIVER SEVERN FLOODS, THE GUARDIAN, JULY 2007
In late 2007 the River Severn burst its banks and flooded hundreds of homes leaving many people without electricity and drinking water. This graphic showed the whole of the River Severn from the source to the banks of Bristol and it illustrated the damage the flood had caused. One of the things I really like about this graphic, is the integration between the piece and the graphic; they are not two separate entities but one editorial piece. A very nice page.
